ALSCO Food Check Group presents Food Manager Certification Classes by its Founder and President, Alfred Scoglio, BA. RS. His classes are easy to understand and presented in a direct and concise manner. Certification applicants are given enough detail in the body of knowledge and Food Code requirements to possess good food safety skills and to pass the Food Manager Certification Exam. What sets his classes above the rest are two primary reasons: First, Al is a seasoned educator who has been teaching for over 20 years with a very clear, easy to understand manner. Secondly, Mr. Scoglio has over 30 years experience as a state and local Food Inspector. We take your requirement to be certified very seriously. It is our intention that every person in our classrooms be given the very best opportunity to pass.

Using both the Prometric and ServSafe curricula approved by the National Conference for Food Protection, Alfred's classes create a learning environment which facilitates students to receive not only mandated certification, but a level of food safety awareness and skills required by local health departments.

Already Certified? Remember your certification lasts 5 years. So if you took the exam on or before 2003, you may need to recertify. Simply check the date on your certificate to know when you will need to register for recertification.
